They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit, but is that realistic? If you think about it, our habits shape our lives. According to an article on Psychology Today, it might take longer than 60 days to create or change a habit! In the realm of an entire lifetime, +/- 60 days is not that much time at all. You could potentially change 6 habits a year if you truly wanted to.
