What I like most: I love the numerous options for sleep that range from listening to a story narrated by Matthew McConaughey, meditations, music and soundscapes. They also includes a gratitude log, that reminds you to be grateful every day.

What I like most: Dr. Attia has essentially tested every way to improve health and longevity on himself as a personal passion to discover the most “optimal” way of attaining health and longevity. He practices what he preaches.

He offers a wide range of ways to connect including a website, podcast, books, coaching and extended live events. He helps people to discover purpose, unlock keys to boosting business and/or financial aspects, improve relationships, and so much more.
I find value in the “get real” approach that Tony takes. He can weed out and eliminate the BS and excuses people use to prevent themselves from making positive changes in their lives.
