There are a ton of productivity tools, resources, apps, technology, and training available to use online.

You don’t need to have any previous education or any qualifications to start. In fact you might be able to completely change your life without going through traditional routes of learning (e.g. college). You don’t need to be in the “prime of your life” either. Anyone can help themselves to the wealth of knowledge online.

You can start learning to meditate right away with Headspace’s free Basics pack and other bite-sized minis.

Founded in 2010 by Andy Puddicombe and Rich Pierson, Headspace is a global leader in meditation and mindfulness through its meditation app and online content offerings.

What I like most: The sleepscapes have outstanding ambience sounds and the app includes a Focus mode which I used while working.

Calm

Calm is the leading mental wellness brand with the #1 app for sleep, meditation and relaxation, designed to help you manage stress, sleep better and live a happier, healthier life. With hundreds of hours of original audio content available in seven languages, Calm supports users in more than 190 countries.

Calm was named by the Center for Humane Technology as “the world’s happiest app”.

What I like most: I love the numerous options for sleep that range from listening to a story narrated by Matthew McConaughey, meditations, music and soundscapes. They also includes a gratitude log, that reminds you to be grateful every day.

Financial Resources & Tools

Tony Robbins is an internationally renowned life and business strategist. Tony is not only motivation, he is very practical. He offers a wide range of ways to connect including a website, podcast, books, coaching and extended live events. He helps people to discover purpose, unlock keys to boosting business and/or financial aspects, improve relationships, and so much more.

What I like most: I find value in the “get real” approach that Tony takes. He can weed out and eliminate the BS and excuses people use to prevent themselves from making positive changes in their lives.

Tim Ferriss has been listed as one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Business People” and one of Fortune’s “40 under 40.” He is an early-stage technology investor/advisor (Uber, Facebook, Shopify, Duolingo, Alibaba, and 50+ others) and the author of five #1 New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers, including The 4-Hour Workweek and Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers. The Observer and other media have called Tim “the Oprah of audio” due to the influence of The Tim Ferriss Show podcast, which is the first business/interview podcast to exceed 100 million downloads. It has now exceeded 600 million downloads.

Gary Vaynerchuk is a serial entrepreneur, and serves as the Chairman of VaynerX and the CEO of VaynerMedia.

Since 1992, Dave has helped people take control of their money, build wealth and enhance their lives. He also serves as CEO for the company Ramsey Solutions.

Graham is a real estate agent, self-made millionaire and YouTube personality best known for videos on financial independence, saving money, investing money, and real estate investing. According to his website, he created his YouTube channel to share his “successes, failures, and experiences in the real estate industry and to support others”. Graham also offers several course on how to improve as a real estate agent and how to run a successful YouTube channel. 

Money and happiness expert Ken Honda is a best-selling self-development author in Japan, with book sales surpassing eight million copies since 2001. His latest book is called “Happy Money: The Japanese Art of Making Peace with Your Money” (June 4, 2019, Simon & Schuster).
